System chat shell script hack.

Revisited in 2009 for fun only.

WARNING:

This program uses insecure files in /tmp and should NOT be used on a 
system with untrusted users.

Attempts have been made to keep the script from writing to symlinks but 
who knows what other exploits might work. At the very least some one 
could write a huge binary to the channel file and mess up your terminal. 
You have been warned.

OK this is going to be very short and sweet as this is beta documentation
and I would rather work on the program than write docs for it at this
point. 

As of 2009 this program is no longer maintained.  What it is is what it 
is.

What this program does:

This program allows users of your system to have an IRC like chat 
session using publicly writable files in the /tmp directory.

Usage:

Run the script.  It is that simple.  If you want to adjust where the 
chat files are placed have a look at the top of the script.
